Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UmrahLowCost.com, we specialize in providing affordable and well-organized Umrah packages. We value our customers and strive to make your sacred journey stress-free. However, since travel arrangements involve multiple third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport, and visa authorities), we request you to carefully read our refund and cancellation policy before booking.


1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
  • 30 days or more before departure → Partial refund may be issued (excluding non-refundable costs such as deposits, visa fees, airline tickets, and administrative charges).
  • Less than 30 days before departure → Bookings are non-refundable, unless specifically stated in your package terms.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Once confirmed, the following are strictly non-refundable:
    • Airline tickets
    • Visa processing fees
    • Hotel reservations
    • Any third-party bookings made on your behalf

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

4. Rescheduling & Changes

  • Requests to change travel dates, traveler details, or upgrades are subject to:
    • Availability
    • Extra charges (if applicable)
    • Airline, hotel, and visa provider policies

5. Cancellation by UmrahLowCost

  • In rare cases where we must cancel a trip (due to flight cancellations, government restrictions, visa rejections, or group capacity issues), customers will receive either:
    • A full refund, or
    • An option to reschedule without extra cost.
